Keflex is a semisynthetic cephalosporin antibiotic intended for oral administration. A broad spectrum antibiotic, it is effective against a great number of bacteria, it is also one of the most commonly used antibiotic by lymphedema patients for treatment of cellulitis, lymphangitis and other infections.
