The Supreme Court of the United States is the highest court in the United States.
United States Supreme Court consists of the Chief Justice of the United
States and eight associate justices. At its discretion, and within
certain guidelines established by Congress, the Supreme Court each year
hears a limited number of the cases it is asked to decide. Those cases
may begin in the federal or state courts, and they usually involve
important questions about the Constitution or federal law.

Conference of Chief Justices
Conference of Chief Justices (CCJ) was founded in 1949 to provide an
opportunity for the highest judicial officers of the states to meet and
discuss matters of importance in improving the administration of
justice, rules and methods of procedure, and the organization and
operation of state courts and judicial systems, and to make
recommendations and bring about improvements on such matters.
National Center for State Courts
NCSC is the organization courts turn to for authoritative knowledge and information, because its efforts are directed by collaborative work with the Conference of Chief Justices, the Conference of State Court Administrators, and other associations of judicial leaders.
American Judicature Society - The American Judicature Society works to maintain the independence and integrity of the courts and increase public understanding of the justice system.
