Office of the Commissioner of Review Tribunals (OCRT)

The Office of the Commissioner of Review Tribunals (OCRT) organizes a Review Tribunal when a person appeals a Reconsideration decision made by Social Development Canada (SDC) about their Canada Pension Plan or Old Age Security benefits. The OCRT is headed by the Commissioner of Review Tribunals and is independent of SDC.
