my nightime garment is being adjusted. can i sleep in my custom stocking or an over the counter one. do i need to wrap over this

Hey Harley

Many people do sleep with the garment on and some (like me )sleep with the compression wraps too.

You shouldn't need to wrap over it either. Infact, that may well be too much, so I would advise against it.
