Lighthouse Lymphedema Network and DeKalb Medical Center/Rehab Results Group cordially invite you to a Open Forum Meeting

on Tuesday, August 28, 2012, 10:30am-12:30pm

Location: Bobbie Bailey Tower Auditorium located on the lobby level of the Bobbie Bailey Women's and Outpatient Surgery Center.

Attendees will be provided a parking pass at the meeting (however, attendee must take a ticket upon entering the parking deck).

Light Fare will be provided.

Bring your questions, concerns and share time with other lymphedema patients.

Certified lymphedema therapists will be in attendance to answer any and all of your questions.
